Made locally, from all natural ingredients, at our eco-friendly headquarters near the historic Bridgewater Canal in Manchester, every batch we produce is hand-made, fermented for a minimum of three weeks, and is always 100% raw and unpasteurised.

We've only gone and done it again! The 2021 Great Taste award winners have been announced and our Hibiscus & Lime Kombucha and Ruby Kraut have both been awarded stars, taking our total awards to six. These are the Oscars of the food world, the epicurean equivalent of the Man Booker, the gastronomic World Cup, the… you get the picture: we’re pleased! Our multiple awards now give us the enviable title of Great Taste Producer. Which, you know, is pretty cool.
ShopFrom cabbage, carrots and caraway seeds to black pepper, blueberries and beetroot, all of our ingredients are organic. Well not all of them - salt and water cannot achieve organic certification - so they're not. But other than that, we’re definitely organic. One hundred percent.
