Cultured Vegetables

Our Sauerkraut and Kimchi is naturally fermented using unprocessed Celtic Sea Salt and nothing else but love and time. During this process, the nutrients and natural bacteria present in the vegetables are multiplied, and other compounds that were not present before, are produced. The final product is packed full of beneficial bacteria, enzymes, vitamins  and minerals that help to promote good digestion and a healthy gut – leading to an improvement in general health.
