Thought to have originated in Tibet, jun is similar to kombucha but uses honey for fermentation rather than sugar. Light, refreshing and oh-so-good.Organic green tea, honey and a SCOBY (a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast - don’t worry, we take that out eventually) are combined with double-filtered water and natural ingredients to create a vitamin-, enzyme- and beneficial bacteria-rich, amazing drink.
