Our krautchi is an amazing tumble of naturally cultured deliciousness. Vegetables and Celtic sea salt. And good bacteria.

We use seasonal organic vegetables in our krautchi. We then ferment it in the traditional way producing loads of goodness (vitamins, enzymes, probiotics), which means the health benefits are delivered in extremely good taste. Use it to enliven a wrap or just spoon it from the jar! Go on…

Ingredients - Carrots* (45%), Kohlrabi* (22%), Fennel* (27%), Lemons* (4.5%), Celtic Sea Salt (1.5%)

  • Note: as salt is a mineral, it cannot be classified as organic

*Please note that our current, reduced-price Krautchi has a short shelf life of 30 days as of 03rd Feb. As our regular customers will know, our fermented foods can last for many many months unopened and our shelf life info is only a guideline. If you are storing your Krautchi in the fridge, unopened, then there is no problem in starting your jar after the use by date.
