    The team at Loving Foods are excited to announce that we've just received the results of our latest hygiene inspection and we've been awarded the highest score of 5 out of 5. We were visited last week for a three hour assessment by our local Environmental Health Officer, who undertook a rigorous inspection of all aspects of our business. Our production kitchen, cleanliness, food hygiene & safety procedures and our management policies were all scrutinised in full before the FSA awarded us with our rating.   • An exciting day for Loving Foods

    An exciting day for Loving Foods

    Today is a big day for Loving Foods as the building is going up!  This is where the magic will happen! We're erecting a 20ft x 8ft purpose-built shed, with fixed plumbing, electrics and drainage. We have 2 x 300 litre tanks for Kombucha and Jun, 2 x 200 litre tanks for Sauerkraut and Kimchi and we've just purchased a massive 450 litre tanks which we'll use for whatever is the most popular. On top of that, we have all kinds of specialist equipment including an industrial food processor, hand-made 100 litre kettle, bottle labelling machine, CO2 bottle filling machine...
