Let’s face it, no-one really likes paying delivery charges, we get that. For health and environmental reasons though, we prefer to use glass for our packaging. Glass is heavy, delicate and expensive to transport, but we think that it's worth it.
Loving Foods have teamed up with two of the UK's leading distribution companies to offer a fantastic service along with competitive pricing. We send all large orders out to customers via our "Express Delivery" option on a 24-hour* tracked service, and all smaller orders via our "Standard Delivery" option on a 48-hour** tracked service. Orders are usually sent out to customers the day after they are received.
For "Express Delivery" orders, we offer a 6-day (Mon-Sat) service as standard and will attempt to deliver your order to a neighbour if you're not at home. If this isn't possible, there will be an additional two delivery attempts automatically as part of the service. You'll get email/text notifications and can also track your deliveries, make changes or arrange a collection online.
Standard Delivery (Under 2kg, 2-3 days, Zones A, B, C & D)
0 - 2kg: £3.45 (e.g. 1-2 x jars OR 1-3 x bottles)
Express Delivery (Up to 30kg, 1-2 days, Zones A & B)

Please note that most orders placed on Friday, or over the weekend, will usually be shipped out on Monday.

For orders across most of Europe, shipping prices are automatically calculated for you at checkout. Please contact us to discuss wholesale/trade deliveries, or shipping to any other International destination.
And don't forget, all of our products have a natural shelf life of 6 months, so why not take advantage of our discounted multi-pack pricing and FREE (Zones A & B) or REDUCED (Zones C, D & E) shipping charges, when you spend over £100 with us.
We'll keep looking to reduce these costs where we can and thank you for your continued support.
Important Delivery Information
Due to the fermented nature of our products, they will keep fresh in transit for a number of days, but should be refrigerated once you have received them. If your order is delayed by a few days, this is nothing to worry about and the contents will be safe to consume, providing that the lids are still in place. Some leakage can occur in transit due to the ongoing fermentation but again, this is nothing to worry about providing that the lids are still on. If you do receive a package that looks like the box is wet or slightly damaged, please do not reject the package or discard the items, but contact us straight away and we'll help to resolve the problem.
*Delivery to the more remote areas of the UK can take between 1-5 days
**Whilst the vast majority of orders will be delivered within 24-48 hours, this is not a guaranteed service and delivery to some areas can occasionally take an additional day
