Our kombucha is naturally cultured using green tea, organic cane sugar and a SCOBY - that’s a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast (we take the SCOBY out before it gets to you). The probiotics, vitamins and enzymes stay put. You can use our kombucha as a marinade, add it to soaking grains or just drink it.
