Our kombucha is naturally cultured using green tea, organic cane sugar and a SCOBY - that’s a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast. We take the SCOBY out before it gets to you, but the friendly bacteria, vitamins and enzymes stay put. You can use our kombucha as a marinade, add it to soaking grains or just drink it.
