What is kimchi?

A mainstay of meals in Korea, kimchi is a mix of fermented vegetables packed with vitamins, enzymes and healthy bacteria. Usually dished up as a side, the spicy-sour superfood is regularly described as one of the healthiest nibbles you can tuck into.

The average Korean adult is said to chew up a serving of kimchi at least once a day so who are we to argue? Our kimchi is inspired by the Korean original.
