Just red cabbage, Celtic sea salt and time - and we’ve also added some rich, earthy flavours for a different experience. The result is full of beneficial live bacteria, extremely tasty and offers vitamins C and K, potassium, calcium and phosphorus. And it’s great in salad, with a sausage, even in a smoothie. Try not to cook it, just add it.
