Cabbage, Celtic sea salt and time - plus we’ve added red chillies and oregano for a Spanish-style, spicy twist on the original classic. The result tastes amazing and offers vitamins C and K, potassium, calcium and phosphorus. And it’s great in salad, with a sausage, even in a smoothie. Try not to cook it, just add it.
A hit of vitamins packed in to full flavour. And the jar can leak sometimes when it travels, but that’s OK, though. Continuous fermentation means it’s alive and the CO2 tries to get out. Just give it a wipe and stick it in the fridge.
