In some more exciting news for the business, we’re happy to share that Loving Foods are now SALSA accredited. And no, this doesn't mean that we've branched out into dips (not yet anyway). SALSA is a robust and effective food safety certification scheme for food producers and processors. In very exciting recognition of some of our hard work, our Lemon & Ginger Jun-Kombucha was recently awarded a Great Taste award. Here are some notes from one of the judges: "A beautiful sparkling Jun with plenty of lemon and ginger on the nose.
