Just cabbage and Celtic sea salt - that’s it. You also need time. The result is super tasty and offers vitamins C and K, potassium, calcium and phosphorus. And it’s great in salad, with a sausage, even in a smoothie. Try not to cook it, just add it.
Our sauerkraut is teeming with beneficial live bacteria and keeps fermenting at room temperature - that’s how you know it’s the real thing.

Please note: Organic hard white cabbage isn't available in the UK now, so we'll be using a slightly different variety for a while - a touch softer and a little greener, so don't panic if it looks a bit different. This new cabbage will be available in our krauts from wc18th June until around August time, when the new season of white cabbage kicks in.
