It’s a little bit fizzy, and comes in a range of flavours to play nice with your palate. So take your pick from lemon and ginger, blueberry and lavender, matcha and mint or hibiscus and lime, and enjoy it.
You can use kombucha as a marinade, add it to soaking grains or just drink it. Take it easy, though, you might not want to down a whole bottle in one go - make it last over a few glasses. And it’s not always advised for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or those who have a compromised immune system.
