Spiced Apple & Blueberry Punch
- 1 litre apple juice
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
- 2 cardamom pods
- A few slices of fresh root ginger
- 1 vanilla pod
- 300ml Loving Foods Blueberry & Lavender Kombucha
- 10ml Loving Foods Apple Cider Vinegar
- 200ml sparkling water or lemonade
- Frozen blueberries and slices of lemon
- Pour the apple juice into a pan and add the coconut sugar, cardamom pods, ginger and vanilla and simmer for 10 minutes. Leave to cool then strain into a jug.
- Mix in the Kombucha, Cider Vinegar and sparkling water or lemonade. Add in the frozen blueberries and slices of lemon - then serve!
