What is apple cider vinegar?

Pretty much what it says on the tin, it is fermented apple juice made by mixing up apples with yeast.

The yeast converts the sugar in the apples to alcohol and then  good’ bacteria turns the alcohol to acetic acid, which has been linked with a string of health benefits.
