Berry Surprise Smoothie Bowl

BERRY SURPRISE SMOOTHIE BOWL
Serves: 1
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: None
 
Ingredients:
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 75g frozen mixed berries
  • 100ml coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons natural yogurt (can be dairy-free)
  • 1 tablespoon Loving Foods Fermented Sauerkraut
To serve:
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Granola or muesli
  • Goji berries
  • Bee pollen
Get making!
  1. Place the frozen banana, berries, coconut water, yogurt and sauerkraut in a blender or food processor and blend well until quite thick and smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl then decorate with your toppings. Dig in!
Feel free to use other berries or just one type. Add a little maple syrup or honey if you prefer the smoothie to taste a bit sweeter.
